ABOUT US

OUR PURPOSE IS TO CREATE A POSITIVE, COLLABORATIVE, AND CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ARTISTS, IN ORDER TO DELIVER THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCT FOR OUR CLIENTS.

AT WAVE RUNNER STUDIOS

Wave Runner has been trusted by some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Dick Wolf’s Wolf Entertainment, Endeavor, Spotify, and Marvel to produce, from soup to nuts, the highest quality audio programming, on time and on budget. Whether it’s highly produced scripted fiction, weekly host-led documentary, or “always-on” roundtable chat, Wave Runner makes shows that consistently raise the bar for contemporary audio entertainment.

Since its inception in 2019,

Wave Runner Studios is a proud signatory of SAG-AFTRA and WGA, and a cosigner of the Equality in Audio Pact, which strives to achieve parity both in front of and behind the microphone.

OUR TEAM

JENNY RADELET MAST

Jenny Radelet Mast is a veteran podcast producer and founder of Wave Runner Studios. Previously, she spearheaded the development and production of over fifty original podcasts, including Apple Podcasts chart-topper Who Is Franklin Jones, Household Name in collaboration with Business Insider, and fan favorites LeVar Burton Reads and Unladylike. In 2018, she produced Marvel’s first scripted podcast, Wolverine: The Long Night, which was recognized as one of the Best Podcasts of the year by Vulture, The Verge, and Apple.

Founder & CEO

LYDIA SMITH

Lydia is a storyteller from the midwest, currently living in Brooklyn. She’s invested in producing stories about identity, intimacy, and community and making careers in media more accessible for women of color. Before joining Wave Runner, Lydia supported documentary programming and production for POV and various film festivals in addition to working across documentary, narrative, and commercial projects. She studied cinema and gender studies at Oberlin College. When she’s not working, you can find her playing with her cat, puzzling, or reading in the park.

Producer

LIBBY FELTCH

Libby Feltch is a Production Manager specializing in fictional podcasts. She’s previously managed audio epics like Marvel’s Wastelanders, DC/Spotify’s Harley Quinn: Sound Mind, and John Cameron Mitchell’s Anthem: Homunculus. Before shifting focus to audio, she worked as a freelance TV/Film production coordinator on multi-million dollar projects for Netflix, Amazon, Comedy Central, Focus Features, and various independent studios. Off the clock - she’s likely binging horror movies, wheezing on a lacrosse field, or bird watching with her cat, Mouse.

Production Manager

FRED CARLOS

Fred “From Honolulu” Carlos is the AUPM for Wave Runner Studios. A veteran of film and television, his ear for fictional and editorial media was honed by Hawai’i’s mixtape of oral traditions like oli (chant), mele (song), and the contemporary tracks of organized complaint and commiseration in the post plantation generation’s labor unions. You can hear him during baseball season in the upper decks of Citi Field whining about the Mets. Off-season, you may run into him meandering the 5 boroughs still whining about the Mets.
